Adam Swanson Art Website Project

This one is so unique. An important aspect of design work is problem solving, and on this project, we did just that.

Adam Swanson’s previous website was robust in size, a full catalog of every painting he had EVER made (over 1,000). Yet it didn’t showcase the paintings in a way that was stimulating, it just didn’t do justice to his artwork. 

Adam and I made accessible HUNDREDS of paintings in his portfolio in an organized way, optimized for showcasing in categories and viewing individually as well. We are still showing visitors the breadth and variety of paintings and in a format that is easy to use and completely searchable for content and tags, and most importantly showcases the texture, detail, and personality of Adam Swanson’s artwork.
