Women Circling Women Brand Project

Women Circling Women has shaped the local birthing community and brought together countless women, both in friendship and in progressive projects since it’s beginnings over a decade ago. A healthy business with years of success with virtually no history of promotion. With the ongoing rise of popularity in yoga, other prenatal yoga classes have begun to enter the Duluth/Superior scene. Owner Stacy Holden wanted to differentiate her brand, to define what makes her business different from the others.

I got the honor and pleasure of giving visual articulation to this business’s power!

This logo design is a fun one. Geometric yet organic, with rich colors that emanate calm and wisdom. The yogi arms are extended overhead, and the forms create a circle together, with the form at the top spreading arms out with a sense of opening and welcome.

Stacy shared with me afterward how much the process of branding helped to gain clarity as a small business owner, even after all these years in business.

One of Stacy's favorite things to do with her visual brand is to pass out the high quality stickers we had printed for her. She told me she has so much pride every time she shares one with a new student, the compliments make her smile.

With the print materials, we used photography that Stacy already had captured with a different photographer. While I often take the photography myself, I am open to designing with resources my clients already have!

We created a poster, a rack card, and a postcard for the Birth & Baby Fair event.
