Arrowhead Regional Corrections (ARC)
This was my largest project to date with visits to 10 locations for on-site photography, including headshots of many of their 250+ employees.
I am honored to have had the privilege of designing the Arrowhead Regional Corrections public website. ARC helps thousands of people every year within corrections, touching many lives.

“Fantastic website designer! Erika did exactly what I tasked her with doing – she created an aesthetically pleasing website that was easy for visitors to navigate.
The entire process was smooth, collaborative, and stress-free.
Erika is an excellent communicator and worked diligently to meet my timelines. My ideas were brought to life in a way that feels authentic and user-friendly. She was receptive to my feedback along the way and made tweaks as necessary.
I’m so grateful for the incredible work Erika did and would recommend her without hesitation!”

Further Reflection on the ARC Public Website Project
Previous to this project, I completed two full web projects for ARC: the NERCC website, and the ARC internal (Intranet) site.
This ARC Public Website project provided an overhaul glow-up, a completely fresh start from their previous site which had become outdated, technologically and visually.
Executive Director Becky Pogatchnik was incredible to work with; instrumental in the design and content for this upgrade which reflects what an incredible organization ARC is. To my delight, Becky was thrilled with the improvements!
I worked closely with the director, as well as each department head, to capture photography of EACH of their locations so their website reflects what ARC looks like and feels like. Onsite photography is such a valuable part of a successful website.
ARC also asked me to capture headshots of their employees (for their internal site). What a cool experience to meet many of their 250+ employees and photograph them.
